unsettledness

It's a crazy feeling to find out that someone who you trusted, or at least semi-trusted really can't be trusted at all. A person who proclaims to have your back, who really doesn't. It's a weird, I-feel-the-rug-being-pulled-out-from-under-my-feet, kind of feeling, what happens next type of situation...Am I in the twlight zone that resembles high school and/or jr. high?? How is it that people can make stuff up and then pass it along as truth? GOSH. It's taken me off guard and left me with an unsettled feeling. I think all I can do is pray about it.
