i love mail

If I were going to describe life right now, it would be best characterized by saying that a lot is going on. Work, is driving me crazy. Design, is awesome but I'm so busy with work that I do it in the gaps of work and sleep. Small group last Monday was really nice...choir...oh man, is intense this week with the Easter production at my church. I think I've mentioned before how I hate busyness, and I will reiterate that I do. Sure there are times like these that happen and are unavoidable. And thankfully I guard my time for the most part and repel unnecessary busyness. And I'm excited for being an Intern at RRC this summer....which makes being at work manageable, and hard all together....only two more months..!! So other than feeling overwhelmed, and a bit stressed, I'm doing alright, because there is an end in sight.


And I received fun mail today. Real life MAIL. Well I also received my bank statement and Visa bill, but on top of that I received a letter from a sweet gal who's in the small group I lead, and the sweet board shorts I ordered from J.Crew arrived.........nothing compares to getting a hand written letter though..sweet goodness.

Taking joy in these small things made the sun come out a little brighter in my day. Okay, I need to stop procrastinating and design stuff.
