Life is too short to have lame friends.

I haven't written anything on here in ages! It's not because I don't have things to write or share, just the patience to sit and write isn't always there....perhaps I will make more of an effort in 2010.

Most what I talk about here is the topic of relationship...or maybe I think I do. It's been so long perhaps I'm wrong. But this is what I'm going to talk about. It's not so much 'relationships' that interest me, but the idea of community, and how we connect with each other in a myriad of different ways. Platonic versus romantic, male versus female, new friends versus old friends....etc, etc.

Lately there have been a few people in my life that have caused me internal grief and frustration. While other people in my life have been the most wonderful friends a girl could ask for, a true blessing.

I wish you could just tell people "You are the weakest link, goodbye." Kinda harsh, but some bozos just deserve the cut.

I'm going to hold on to those gem friends who are truly friends, and allow all those others to fall by the wayside. It's just not worth the effort.

Life is too short to have lame friends. I'll stick with the ones that are awesome thanks!
